This herb has a high mineral and vitamin content (calcium, vitamin K and folic acid especially). The nutrients, which also includes proteins are easily assimilated and immediately available to us. Very handy for folks that do not want to swallow large vitamin or mineral supplement pills.

It is an excellent overall tonic and recuperative aid.
